- 9:50: Next, we will head to the cooking class at QuRestaurant, where you will be welcomed with friendly smiles and begin to explore the traditional Vietnamese cuisine.The purpose of the class is not only to teach you to cook tradifional Vietnamese dishes, but also to introduce the importance of food in local culture. The chef will s†art by introducing you to the different ingredients that you will use, and you can practice your knife skills under the professional guidance of the chef. This is not just a cooking class. it is a deep experience, where you will not only learn how to cook but also gain an understanding of Vietnamese culture and the way of life on Cat Ba Island. With the help of the chef, you can prepare a delicious meal with fresh spring rolls, fragrant pho, and hot pot (depending on the daily menu of each class and with options for vegetarians or those with allergies).
